That same year, she earned the Rookie of the Year honors.
In 2020, Hailie continued her success by winning Rookie of the Year in the ARCA Menards Series, finishing third in the overall standings with four top-five finishes and 17 top-ten finishes. After a challenging stint with AM Racing in the Xfinity Series, she made a strategic career pivot to IndyCar in 2024, joining HMD Motorsports for the 2025 Indy NXT season.
